Coroners and Justice Bill

Just when you thought that they couldn't get any more breathtaking in their arrogance, the Labour Party are trying to push through a section in the Coroners and Justice Bill that would allow a minister to authorise the sharing of personal data from Government databases with anyone including commercial organisations for whatever purpose they saw fit in order to "achieve policy objectives".

Labour are building a Gestapo state before our very eyes.

This is a monstrous abuse of power that Labour wish to foist on the British people, You can be sure that the supine MP for Reading West will back it, a man with less backbone than a jellyfish when it comes to sucking up to ministers.

Remember these are the people who introduced surveillance powers, lying through their teeth that it was to combat serious crime and terrorism, then allowed them to be used by local councils to snoop on schools admission applications. These people cannot be trusted.

Write to your MP, unless it's Salter, in which case you're wasting a stamp.
